The prices that you see on our site are the prices that you can pay with a credit card online (U.S, Canada and Mexico. Volume pricing is available upon request but must not exceed our max orders of $560.00 online with credit cards per transaction. You can only order over the max amount with a western union transfer. Please email our sales representative for quotes when ordering in volume so they can assist you. Back orders usually take no longer than a week. This may exceed the estimated 7-10 day delivery. Our reps will email you to let you know if your order is on back order so that you can decide if you want to proceed with transaction.
All payments will start off as pending and will post to your bank account within 3-5 days. Any declined payments will show pending on your bank account but will be posted back into your account within 3-5 days. The speed depends on your bank. Remember declined orders are not charged by us. They are only authorized and will post back into your account. Please email our sales representative if you don't understand why your order declined. They will assist you.
Credit Card is required when a customer places an order on the internet from the U.S, Canada and Mexico only.
Only Visa and Master cards are acceptable at this time.
We do ship all over the world to other countries. The only payment method for internationals is western union. To use other types of payment, customers required to contact the internet customer service department by email.

Delivery Please note that the delivery days for U.S customers is estimated at 7-10 days. Back orders may exceed the amount of days. Canada as well as Mexico customers may have to wait an additional 3 more days due to customs. This goes for all International orders. Remember to please note that all credit card order packages require a signature. If you are not available to sign for package your carrier will leave a notification slip in your mail box letting you know that they missed you and that you can either request redelivery or go and pick up package from your local zip code assigned post office. A phone number should be written on the slip. You should also receive a tracking number once your order has shipped by the United States Postal Service Click-N-Ship email. If you dont get this tracking email please contact our reps and they will manually email it to you. Order cancellation:Orders canceled can be made before the package is shipped. If shipped you will have to return the package in order for cancellation. The merchandise must be in the condition it was in when it was shipped. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for cancelled/returned packages.
